2. Who we entrust it to (processors)

EIGHTPIN Inc. — server operation, system development, chat AI processing
Email delivery provider — sending request and progress emails
Bot check service (Cloudflare, Inc.) — automatic verification using IP and browser information on submission

3. Information sent overseas (overseas transfer)

Bot check service (e.g. United States) — IP and browser signals, on submission
External AI service (Google LLC, United States) — personal information is not sent at present. If settings change, only sentences with contact details removed will be sent.

4. Deletion and backups

After the retention period, contact details are deleted and only request statistics (country, category, step, date) are kept. Deleted data remains in backups for up to 14 days.

5. Access, correction, deletion requests and inquiries

Privacy officer · the contact form. We process requests within 10 days after verifying your identity by email to the address on file.
